Amazing experience

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received! The employees were very friendly, courteous and answered every question that I had. They even provided me with 4 brand new tires after I realized the front two were a little low on tread. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a car 👍🏾 !

GREAT Experience!

Found a vehicle I was looking for on CarGurus.com. Make a quick visit o check it out. Pointed out some issues to be fixed and made an offer. Issues got fixed. Offer finalized. Financing arranged. Simple. Efficient. An all-around pleasant experience. Drove it home and "Uh oh", it failed state safety inspection. No sweat. Hilario replaced worn parts, added a spare tire and sent me on my way without cost. Edwin, the owner, and his entire team were fantastic! Cooperative, friendly, informative and thorough. Hilario is first on my list when buying my next used car.

I was searching their online website and found the car I wanted went in on Thursday Spoke With Edwin who helped me with every step of the process this was my first car purchase through a dealership I thought the process would be more difficult but by Friday evening I was able to drive my new car home Naomi and Edwin were so helpful. I’m glad I purchased with Hilario’s and I highly recommend them to everyone else.

5 Stars Service

First of all, I was looking on cargurus.com to look for a 2014/2015 Toyota Highlanders and got across with Toyota Highlander LE Plus 2015 but the name of the dealer was not coming up. I decided to email cargurus.com and got an email back from cargurus.com with the dealer’s name Hilario’s Auto Sales in Worcester. I got an amazing representative named Naomi, she was courteous and very professional. I told her that I was coming from Boston and what I was looking. She asked me couple of questions and set up an appointment for the next day. I called on Saturday morning to confirm my appointment for the afternoon. We showed up on Saturday afternoon and I introduced myself to Jose and Nelson and I told them what I was the Toyota Highlander 2015 buyer. Got the keys right away did some paper work and went for a nice ride with the car. This was the car that I was looking for. Came back to the dealer and sat down with Jose and Nelson and was able to offer me a better rate of interest on Monday. Monday morning, I called and Hilario’s Auto Sales and I was able to get my Toyota Highlander 2015 and the transaction went very smooth. Wow!!! With a smile in my face, Hilario’s Auto Sales went that extra mile for me to get the car I wanted and worked with my trade in as well. What a professionalism!!! Other big car dealers don’t do that and believe me they don’t. I’m amazed with the level of service they provided. Hilario’s Auto Sales in general, treated us with respect, courtesy and didn't rush me to buy instead they gave me alternative options. I’m glad they did so I could buy my new SUV. Thank you for going the extra mile and your great customer service. It was the best professional service that I had ever experienced. Love my Dominican People. You guys Rock!!!!. :-)

The team at Hilario Auto has been nothing more than a pleasure to deal with. The team is no pressure sales,informative and fair. They really care about you as a consumer and have gone above and beyond to stand behind their vehicles no questions asked. Great experience - no pressure sales

Purchased a used 2014 Sienna at Hilario's. Had a great experience, unlike other dealerships I went to. No pressure to buy. They let me take the car for a test ride myself. They offered me a very fair price for my trade in. They price was about $2000 lower than any other local used car dealership for the same car. Very pleased.

I've been purchasing vehicles from this family since 1997 when they first started this very successful company on route 146. Since upon that time I've maintained doing business with them here and in their Dominican Republic location. I've bought numerous vehicles from them with no problem or inconvenience at all. They treated me like family so much like from Nelson, William and his wife, and jimbo. I've traded vehicles here and in Dominican Republic. Great vehicles great prices.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. I truly felt I was being treated like a customer. The selection was great and had me financed right here on the spot. I looked around at a lot of places, and the prices, selection, warranty and quality was the best, and I looked around for a slightly used Toyota RAV-4 for my family for 2 months.
